The role of Amaraa Trust Management is strictly limited to administrative execution. We receive written instructions from authorized trustees and execute those instructions in accordance with established protocols.

We do not interpret trust deeds, adjudicate disputes, or make determinations regarding beneficiary rights or entitlements. All such matters are referred to the trustees and their legal advisors.

This office does not exercise fiduciary discretion of any kind. All discretionary powers remain exclusively with the appointed trustees.

We do not make investment decisions, distribution determinations, or any other decisions that require the exercise of judgment or discretion. Our function is purely administrative and executory.

Amaraa Trust Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from:
